Opportunity

Humres recruitment specialises in consulting with construction products and services companies. Our client base seeks our help to find experienced field sales people and managers.

Due to our quality conscious offering and a booming building sector we are overwhelmed with opportunities.

Following on from this build up we are looking to add to our 30 strong team of recruitment consultants an additional team of 10-15 to work in sales recruitment.

Package

Basic salary up to £50,000 plus OTE £70,000++

Progression Path

Year 1 – team of 2-3 Earnings - £70,000
Year 2 – team of 3-5 Earnings - £90,000
Year 3 – team of 5-10 Earnings - £100,000

Year 1

What the role involves?
  • Promoting our services
  • Promoting candidates
  • Making calls to clients and candidates – 60-80 calls day
  • Taking on assignments
  • Negotiating for and on behalf of clients and candidates
  • Headhunting candidates
  • Understanding your market niche
  • Controlling your marketing allocation on job boards and social media
  • Building our reputation among key influencers
  • Face to face meetings with clients
  • Liaising with personal assistant for research and administration management

The successful candidate will be at ease selling our services to clients and learning our business. This will take 3-6 months. After which they will start to recruit a team of head hunters to help them fill their assignments whilst managing their niche specific talent base.

Sales people are ambitious and look to move every 2-5 years. Keeping engaged with them on a regular basis means we will know before anyone else that they want to move ensuring we have exclusive product to offer our client base. This in turn ensures repeat business.
