Account Manager - Mechanical Contracting - £100k - London. A London-based Mechanical Contractor are looking for an Account Manager with a strong background of Contracts Management within the Mechanical Contracting Industry. This is an exceptional senior position with a very competitive salary managing the relationship between the contractor and a blue-chip client. The ideal candidate will have an excellent background within Mechanical Building Services either through an apprenticeship or education route. Despite being a senior-level position the role offers plenty of scope for progression within the business. The Account Manager will be managing a number of Project/Contracts Managers depending on the number of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and ensure that the clients’ needs are understood and met.

A well-established mid-size Mechanical Contractor based in London, they have developed an excellent reputation in providing exceptional engineering solutions to their clients. They are a full Design & Build Contractor and work mainly within the Commercial Fit-Out sectors. They install full Mechanical building Services including Air Conditioning with an excellent experienced team. They are well-known for offering promotion prospects within their business and taking people from apprenticeships through to senior management. My client is looking for an experienced Account Manager in and around London.

About the Role:

  • Being first point of contact for client on all mechanical building services projects
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Answering technical queries and offering solutions
  • Managing a team of Project/Contracts Managers
  • Overcoming any difficulties and finding solutions to any issues
  • Liaising with Directors
