Assistant Project Manager - £30k - £35k - Sussex. My client is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer/Supervisor to join their well-established team in Sussex. This role is the next step between being an engineer and full project management. Working very closely with an established project manager this role is to be based partly on site and partly in the office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical installation experience and the drive to progress to the next stage in their career. An exceptional opportunity with a well-established M&E Contractor, to work within their FM Projects department. They undertake technical projects within the commercial and critical environments sectors, in the UK and beyond.

About the Role:

  • To carry out supervision of sub-contractors completing evaluations and audits.
  • Completion of paperwork and test results issued by the company.
  • Report any site, customer or equipment problems or concerns.
  • To comply with current regulations and legislation.
  • Drive company vehicles, to meet the day to day business needs of the company.
  • Attend company training courses as required by the company.
  • To be an envoy for the company by being customer focused.
  • Undertake any other task that may be required to meet operational needs.
  • To act as the lead engineer / supervisor when out on site communicating with all parties involved.
  • Timely and successful delivery of service.
  • Reporting and assisting line manager with daily tasks, which include reviewing/producing RAMS, completing job sheets, co-ordinating installation works with other engineers (taking the role as lead engineer)

About the Candidate:
