A highly successful, groundworks and infrastructure contractor are looking for a skilled Contract Manager to take on high value projects in the Oxfordshire/Berkshire area. Reporting to the Operations Manager this role will be key to the success of the business and is part of the companies continued expansion in this sector.

About the Client:

They cover a range of services including multi storey and basement construction, groundworks, remediation and earthworks amongst many others. Offering a multi-disciplined specialist contracting service has enabled the business to grow and retain an excellent level of repeat business.

About the Role:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Manage multiple site at any one time
  • Liaise with client on site and within progress meetings
  • Deal with procurement and recruitment when necessary

About the Candidate:

  • Hold a form of construction qualification at HND level or above
  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • Background within groundworks
  • Ambitious and career driven
  • Looking for a stable and long term employer
