Key Account Manager - Catering Equipment - £35k to £45k - Leicestershire. A leading distributor and installer of commercial catering equipment are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to cover the South region, the ideal candidate would have previous commercial kitchen experience having worked for a manufacturer or distributor

About the Client:

This Market Leader have undertaken projects on a national basis and have key clients across many different industry sectors. They are currently inundated with enquiries from existing clients and need an additional resource to help look after them. The successful candidate will have proven experience within a similar role. My client is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager in and around Leicestershire.

About the Role:

  • Overseeing commercial kitchen installation projects for key accounts
  • Working with projects from £10K to £750K
  • Looking after an annual project value of £2M to £3M
  • Taking projects from contract award through to completion
  • Full financial control of all projects
  • Covering the South

About the Candidate:

  • Catering equipment experience is essential
  • Be very client facing
  • Must be a go getter and have a can do attitude
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • Able to build long term relationships
  • Must be self-disciplined and tenacious
  • Comfortable working to a target and  happy to grow into a more senior role
  • Able to help clients with regards to design and layout
  • Candidates that do not have the relevant experience will not be considered
  • Must be UK based
