Project Manager - Raised Access Flooring - £35k - £45k - London. Project Manager Required for a leading company who are specialists in Raised Access Flooring for the UK and Irish markets.

About the Client:

A privately owned Raised Access Flooring contractor who cover the United Kingdom require a Project Manager to join the team. Project sizes vary but can go upwards of £800K so the successful candidate will have a proven history working in the Raised Access Flooring sector managing projects of a similar value. My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager in and around London.

About the Role:

  • Running multiple projects
  • Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Ordering materials
  • Reporting to the directors
  • Preparing and issuing rams
  • Attending pre start and progress meetings
  • Sign off invoices for payment
  • Health and safety checks
  • Assisting QS with valuations

About the Candidate:

  • Proven history working within the raised access flooring sector
  • Can manage projects up to £500K
  • Can manage multiple sites
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills with a demonstrable ability to communicate amicably and effectively at all required levels including Client Liaison, Contractors and Fitters and importantly with internal group contacts
  • The ability to work through a Project from Quote through to Sign Off, Procuring Materials, Labour etc to cost and on Time
  • A great network of contacts for supply of Fitting Teams and where required Materials
  • Be willing to travel throughout the UK (projects are mainly in the London area)
