Project Manager - Catering Equipment - £35k to £45k. Commercial Catering sub-contractor require and experienced Project Manager to cover the London area.

About the Client:

Established for over 40 years this reputable Commercial Catering Equipment Specialist require an Experienced Project Manager to come on board. Their projects values range from a few thousand up to £1M and cover the South East. The successful Project Manager will be over seeing multiple Commercial Catering Equipment Installations making sure they run on time and within budget. They cover sectors such as B&I, Hotels, Schools, Unis, Stadiums, MOD and Nursing Homes.

About the Role:

  • Overseeing commercial kitchen installation projects
  • Working with projects from £10K to £1M
  • Taking projects from contract award through to completion
  • Full financial control of all projects
  • Must be able to cover Midlands down and across the Southern region

About the Candidate:

  • Experience in Project Managing catering equipment installations essential
  • Have worked with Main Contractors and End Users
  • Must be able to run multiple sites ranging in value.
  • Commercially/Contractually strong with excellent financial control of projects
  • Strong man manager
  • Able to write method statements and risk assessments
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
