Administrator – ConstructionConstruction

An established company in the civil engineering and groundworks market are looking for a Contracts Administrator role to work from their Benfleet, Essex office to meet their growing administrative needs. This role will involve further career development into a more management focused role in the future.

About the Client:

The client has been active in the civils market for over 15 years with an established client based across the South East and London region that consists of tier one main contractors, developers and industrial bodies.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include:
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Document control
  • Dealing with invoices
  • Booking employees on training courses
  • Create and maintain online filing systems
  • Data entry

About the Candidate:

  • Experience of administration within a construction sector.
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Significant experience of working with a multi-faceted team
