An industry leading company in the access market requires a Hoist Installation Supervisor to oversee various jobs in the North West region, on a long-term contract or permanent basis. The role offers a very competitive rate and package and has the potential to progress to a more senior management position within the company. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects and their progress, ensuring work schedules and guidelines are followed. The client is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in the project and its progress.

About the Role:

Potential candidates will require the following skills:
  • Background in supervision for construction hoist installation
  • Can communicate clearly and deal with clients and installers on a regularly basis
  • Work to company requirements for records of installation, servicing and maintenance undertaken.

About the Candidate:

  • Previous experience in hoist installation
  • CSCS
  • NVQ L.2/ 3 In Hoist Installation or equivalent
  • Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • PC literate
