Regional Manager - Industrial Roofing - £65k - Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager or Regional Manager to join a fantastic industrial roofing and cladding specialist sub-contractor looking after the South of England.

About the Client:

My client have very well established in the industrial roofing and cladding sector for well over 50 years. They work on a mixture of new build and refurbishment projects which could be flat roofing or sheeting and cladding. They are now looking for a Regional Manager to work out of there office in Southampton.

About the Role:

  • Manage and support SAP finance processes & budgets to meet the overall Branch budget needs
  • Maintain deadlines and expectations for finance reporting
  • Maintain an active client retention programme to deliver business security and growth
  • Develop and enhance Roofing specialist services across all disciplines
  • Improve QHSE performance in accidents, incidents, audits and reporting
  • Ensure staff training is appropriate, focused and supported
  • Grow and nurture our apprenticeship and graduate programmes
  • Ensure Mitie continues to be a great place to work and people have fun!
  • Oversee poor performing contracts to improve performance and reduce impact on bottom line
  • Support Division and Group Procurement strategies and activities
  • Take a pro-active role in visiting clients to understand performance and client strategy
  • Responsible for planning audit of activities, including overall management of Contracts Managers audits
  • To understand and comply with company policies and procedures
  • To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures

About the Candidate:

  • Able to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Proven track record in the Roofing industry
  • Holds relevant professional, technical or management qualifications, and/or has relevant experience
  • Good Financial skills and knowledge of financial processes
  • Ability to manage risk
  • Leads by example in all activities
  • Strong and effective communication skills and good people manager
  • Able to demonstrate good knowledge of legislation and industry best practice
  • Proven team working skills
  • Ability to travel
