My client is a Leading Contractor in the Interiors Industry and they are looking for a Project Manager/Site Manager to join their expending team.

They set out to provide commercial quality products and service by establishing control over each stage of every project they undertake.

About the Role:

  • Develop model to monitor delivery through the life of a project, to align with customer expectations and scoring criteria. Include financial and other measures as company controls
  • Managing up to multiple projects at any one time
  • Working with the client’s managers to get issues resolved, sequencing of programme and daywork signed off
  • Sourcing and ordering materials
  • Revising drawings for issues and changes
  • Leading and directing the labourers and skilled workers on site
  • Taking responsibility for health and safety on site ie carrying out toolbox talks, inductions, ensuring PPE is worn
  • Contacting the clients to inform them of issues on site
  • Paperwork including RFI’s, Handovers, check lists, inspections, etc
