Facilities Manager – FranceConstruction

About the Client:

My Client are a global cloud computing company with offices in over 80 cities. With offices across the globe comes a great need for technical experts within the electrical, mechanical and sustainability arenas. Due to this they are looking to hire a Facilities Management Professional, based in Paris to plan, implement, and manage mechanical operations, maintenance, communications and assist with energy management.

About the Role:

  • Oversee all day-to-day facilities operations to all leased sites
  • Manage all facets of inspections and surveys
  • Oversee all building systems including mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/life safety and electrical
  • Manage a team of dedicated M&E specialists
  • Develop ongoing improvement of PPM programs
  • Open lines of communication with building Landlords to ensure details of servicing and maintenance to critical building plant is shared
  • Responsible for proactively communicating with all business partners to ensure facilities repair processes are being followed to provide a clean and safe working environment
  • Opportunity to grow the role in time to have EMEA outreach
  • Salary up €65,000 + package – some job sites may display salary in GBP

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or related field is advantageous
  • 5 years’ experience managing large occupied office spaces
  • Fluent in both English and French is mandatory
  • Experience managing in a leased environment
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent Project management and communication skills
